Add the ability to print a form or list of all of 1 patients appointments, ie a large C & B case with 5-10 appointments

reports list should be shown newest to oldest, not oldest to newest. the most recent one created should be at the top. Scrollilng to the bottom each time is additional time and keystrokes. Or give the ability to click on the top bar and reverse order it.

do not close the accounts ledger after end of month has been run. It is necessary to see all the treatment that a patient has received when planning and making next appointments. the ledger closes every time you move to a different module - like patients, schedule, reports, etc..... very cumbersome.

when floating mouse over the accounts module, float a family snapshot that shows members of the family so you don't have to go back and forth between the patient and accounts modules. eliminate key strokes, save time.

An option to show regular fee schedule next to insurance fee schedule in treatment plan.
Also an option to post, per patient, either regular or insurance fee schedule when treatment is completed and moves onto the account

When organizing a family bill show each family member in it's own space. Do not combine them into a page ordered by date. Order them by patient first, then date within the patient. Also, include the payments and adjustments in each of their sections too are applied that way at time of payment.

Provide capability to separate the family by date stamp. This will enable the current submitted claims to remain with the account it was created on, but enable a family member to create their own account as of a specific date. Regardless of fact that claims are open on the account. Capture a note with the family separation to explain what date account separated in account ledger screen (like broken apptment does.)

When a family relationship is severed or put together do not move the balance of a non-guarantor until you have asked the user if that balance should be moved. Pop up box tha says what will take place and allow the user to specify what should be done. Show special adjustment in the patient history and billing statement so a patient can see all the transactions affecting their bill

Allow user to print a statement for one patient within a family. With families they are often on a different treatment cycle and some still have outstanding insurance claims. Enable the user to print a billing statement to the Guarantor for a single family member where all insurance claims are cleared for this patient. It should be a choice of printing a family statement vs a patient statement.
