  4. Re-print previous EOB's sent through iTrans or EDI

    When sending claims through iTrans or EDI, there is no option to re-print the EOB information. There is the option to print the last one that was sent, but if one is needed to be re-printed from last week, there is no way to get this information. Now that Alberta Blue Cross is no longer re-sending requests, this option is needed now more than ever

    Please make it so that any EoB that is received can be reprinted at any time.

  7. Emailing statements in Canada

    Apparently you can send statements by email in the US but not in Canada. Our stamps have gone way up! It should be easy to do-when will this happen!!

  8. please set the difference between the USA / Canada version in the ini file and not read the region setting of the computer.

    region setting come from a user profile and not the computer, so this makes it difficult to manage when there are multiple users logging in to multiple computers. The version setting should be under preferences and be controlled by the ini file

  9. Have Adjustments appear on Deposit Slips

    Having the adjustments (refunds, etc) appear on the deposit slips for balancing with other programs (like Moneris for example). At this time, it appears on the daysheet, but you have to manually account for refunds and adjustments to make it balance with programs like Moneris (which automatically accounts for the adjustments).

  12. Prescription form currently lists DEA instead of CDA #

    The Provider number used for Prescriptions is the Dr.'s CDA number, but it is printed on the prescription form as a "DEA" number. We would like it to be called "CDA" number on the form to avoid confusion. Thank you.

  13. Track scaling units for Dentrix Canada

    This would be great for the hygienist to track the number of scaling units used for the year. We would like it to have Calander year the units and the number of units the plan allows. When the patient has reached their maximum the hygienist can inform the patient the scaling units are exceeded for the year and they would have to pay out of pocket. Our hygienist end up going to the ledger and counting the units and its very tedious. No surprises and it would save a lot of time.

  17. SQL from G5 needed or Dentrix Enterprise for larger offices

    We are running at the limit of the C-tree database with 29 workstations and there is no way we could use chart in G4 by 12 providers without slowing the system to a crawl. We have a raid 5 server w/server 2003 on a gig network with win7 32 bit stations. We are starting to use chart now for the treatment. Co-ordinator but even that slows down G4. When will G5 be ready for Canada, and will it include a SQL emulator or do we have to buy CAL's from Microsoft? And does SQL in G5 lift the network size…

  18. Enable Demandforce to send emails for overdue patients with access to our CC box

    Currently Demandforce has no access to our Continuing Care fields so we are unable to use there email system to remind patients they are overdue for hygiene/checkup. We all know that Hygiene is the Heart of each dental practice and being restricted on reminding patients thru email/text, makes us rely on the old fashioned postcards thru Canada Post. Please Help

  19. allow for kiosk in Canada

    I find it really sad that we have to print the pt questionnaires, have them hand fill them out, scan them back in to dentrix and then have a staff member enter the patient answers into the questionnaire module, what a waste of time, if only Canada could have the Kiosk we could spend our time doing something else :(
